Особенности развития партнерских отношений государства и бизнеса

Abstract

The author analyses theoretical approaches to defining the essence of private-public partnership, makes out the stages of partnership relations of authorities and business in the modern Russian economy, suggests a definition of private-public partnership. The article outlines the main problems impeding the development of partnership relations of the state and private sector.

Автор анализирует теоретические подходы к определению сущности государственно-частного партнерства, выделяет этапы развития партнерских отношений власти и бизнеса в современной экономике России, предлагает определение государственно-частного партнерства. Обозначены основные проблемы, препятствующие развитию партнерских отношений государства и частного сектора.
