Article is devoted to a problem of formation of concept and system of investigative actions. In article the analysis on a definition of investigative action is carried out and the author's concept taking into account criminalistic aspect is offered. Besides, the author offered the system of investigative actions considering applied character at its formation.

В статье рассматривается проблема формирования понятия и системы следственных действий; проведен анализ по дефиниции следственного действия. Предложены авторское понятие с учетом криминалистического аспекта, а также система следственных действий.
