Abstract

Main agents of anaerobic corrosion are sulfate-reducing bacteria responsible for the restoration of sulfates to hydrogen sulfide and related to the generation of Desulfovibrio. Biological corrosion of this type, as a rule, is a secondary process and develops following the conventional electrochemical corrosion. The pumped into the oil industry creates favorable anaerobic conditions for the development of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB). In the course of the experiment in 4 kinds of corrosive environments were simulated approximate conditions of operation of oil pipelines with the presence of active corrosive agents, represented by bacteria species D. Desulfuricans, in their absence, and with the addition of the biological preparation of bacteriophage. The protective efficacy of the biological preparation of General corrosion (Zок, %) was determined acc•ording to State Standard Specification 9.506-87, the corrosion rate (g/m2h) samples in an environment without preparation (VZ) and in the same medium containing biopreparation for protection against corrosion (VB.). When calculating the corrosion rate of the relative error of measurement does not exceed 3%. Introduction of bacteriophage Ddu 48-USAA and Ddr 57-USAA in water-oil environment, containing SRB, leads to significant reduction of acceleration of corrosion on 81,1%. and 84,05%, respectively. According to State Standard Specification 9.506-87 reagents, found in testing the protective effect, equal to 80% and higher are recommended for implementation. The bacteriophages inhibiting the activity of SRB species Desulfo-vibrio desulfurican. Thus, it is expedient to use the biological product of bacteriophage of SRB for the prevention of the protection of steel from corrosion.

Включение в состав технологической воды биопрепарата бактериофага Desulfovibrio desulfuricans позволяет уменьшить степень биологической коррозии металла.
