Abstract

In the work are shown the results of retrospective estimation of pre-manifest stage preceding a first attack with clinical picture of acute depressive, maniacal and mixed variant of schizo-affective psychosis (SAD) on ICD-10). Considerable frequency of affective disorders at the pre-manifest stage in these patients in the form of depression (as a rule single episode), rare bipolar affective disorders (mainly in the form of double phases), in the isolated cases – hypomania has been noted. Autochtonous and provoked by stress-factor variant of occurrence of affective disorders at the pre-manifest stage of SAD has been allocated. The characteristic of the content of pathological interests/hobby is given depending on polarity of affective disorders at the pre-manifest stage of SAD.
