Диабетическая невропатия: опыт применения препарата Эспа-Липон

Abstract

Статья посвящена одному из наиболее частых осложнений сахарного диабета диабетической невропатии. Приведена современная классификация и описаны основные клинические проявления заболевания, включая признаки субклинической невропатии. Освещены основные принципы комплексной терапии диабетических невропатий и обобщен клинический опыт применения тиоктовой (α-липоевой) кислоты по данным международных клинических исследований. Представлено собственное клиническое наблюдение, демонстрирующее диагностический подход и терапевтическую тактику ведения пациента с хронической сенсорно-моторной дистальной симметричной диабетической полиневропатией с применением препарата тиоктовой кислоты Эспа-Липон.
