Abstract

The article is devoted to the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the goals of the civil and arbitration proceedings, which are of great practical and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that obstacles affect the effectiveness of legal regulation, undermining optimal realization of the purposes of civil proceedings.

В статье рассматриваются препятствия, возникающие при реализации целей гражданского и арбитражного судопроизводства, представляющие большое практическое и научное значение. Формулируются выводы, согласно которым препятствия влияют на эффективность правового регулирования, подрывая оптимальную реализацию целей гражданского судопроизводства.
