Abstract

Under the current criminal legislation of the Russian Federation the author extends the comprehension of using psychological knowledge in investigations of group crimes involving juveniles. The article contains the data on peculiarities of personality development and maturing of a person at the adolescent age in regard to group crimes. The author specifies the tested group of fourteen-year-old juveniles with anomalies in psychological development of painful character. The article summarizes theoretical and practical experience of the psychological assessments made to test social psychological peculiarities of juveniles involved in the criminal group dealing with drug trafficking. There are arguments for importance of using psychological knowledge in the form of informative consultation.
