Abstract

the article is devoted to a special subject of the crime. In it the lack of scientific attention to the given branch of knowledge is critically assessed, its philosophical and general legal sides are shown, 4 new directions are suggested for the analysis of the branch theory.

статья посвящена учению о специальном субъекте преступления. В ней критически оценено недостаточное внимание науки к названному разделу знаний, показаны его философские и общеправовые грани, предложены 4 новых направления анализа для отраслевой теории.
