Abstract

In the article is represented the brief survey of contemporary state and ways of the development of radar space systems of remote sensing of the Earth, their basic fields of application are discussed. The contemporary methods of radar surveillance are illustrated in the concrete examples, are analyzed the scientific problems, which limit the development of this area of space technology. Staging character in the development of satellites of radar surveillance from single satellite to the development of the net multifunctional systems of navigation and radiophysics monitoring of near-earth space is proposed.
