
В статье рассмотрены основные направления демографической политики государственной власти РА в постсоветский период. Проанализированы характерные особенности демографического развития региона. Выявлены и обоснованы региональные целевые программы законодательной и исполнительной властей по выходу из демографического кризиса.The article considers the main trends of the population policy of the state government of the RA in the post-Soviet period. The characteristics of the demographic development of the region have been analyzed. Regional target programs of legislative and executive powers to overcome the demographic crisis have been identified and justified.
