Abstract

Enterococcus. The objective to study: the effect of active substance on ability formation biofilms microorganisms genus Enterococcus and yeast C. albicans, pathogen catheter-associated urinary tract infections. Materials and methods: ability to formation bіofilms study on the plate for enzyme immunoassay, ability performed biofilms evaluated by the color intensity alcohol on photometer with wavelength at 630 nm. Results and discussion. We established, that the active substance in subinhibitory concentrations (200 mg/ml) was more than effective on simultaneous incubation wiht active substance for microorganisms genus Enterococcus from 24 hours. In combination with levofloxacin resulted was more destruction on already formed biofilms for microorganisms genus Enterococcus. For yeast C. albicans active substance wasless effective.
