The aim of the arcticle is the characteristic of contract work as the most important area of financing and operating activities of the enterprise. Competent organization of contract work on the enterprise seems to be the indispensable tool of tax optimization, due to appliance of this is an increase in performance indicators of the activities to optimize the tax process and provide an adequate level of tax enterprise security. Realization of objective and comprehensive analysis of transactions often makes it possible to save on taxes and the use of such tools of contractual policy as the choice of the counterparty, the choice of the contract type and the determination of terms of a treaty render the effective assistance in consummation of high results in financial development of the enterprise.

Целью данной статьи является характеристика договорной деятельности как важнейшего направления финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Грамотная организация договорной работы на предприятии представляется необходимым инструментом налоговой оптимизации, в результате применения которого происходит повышение показателей эффективности проводимых мероприятий по оптимизации налоговых процессов и обеспечение должного уровня налоговой безопасности предприятия. Проведение объективного и всестороннего анализа сделок зачастую позволяет существенно экономить на налогах, а использование таких инструментов договорной политики как выбор контрагента, выбор вида договора и определение условий договора оказывает действенную помощь в достижении высоких результатов в финансовом развитии предприятия.
