The results of sociological investigation of the main problems in the system of rendering orthopedic stomatologic assistance to the patients with maxillofacial defects have been presented. There have been revealed the key problems, associated with training the personnel, absence of succession in the work of specialists and complex approach to the patients rehabilitation.

В статье представлены результаты социологического исследования основных проблем в системе оказания ортопедической стоматологической помощи больным с челюстно-лицевыми дефектами. Выявлены ключевые проблемы, связанные с подготовкой кадров, отсутствием преемственности в работе специалистов и комплексного подхода к реабилитации больных.
