Abstract

ICC Uniform Rules for the use of national and international trade terms Incoterms 2010 are entering into force. They came to replace the previous version of the document Incoterms 2000, developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The total number of basic conditions of supply of goods has changed from 13 to 11. The two new terms: Delivery at destination (DAP) and supply at the terminal (DAT) introduced into practice. Now the trade terms may be used for both international and internal trade.
