Abstract

The results of the investigations of the structure formation of nanocomposites during high temperature treating in vacuum of native and synthetic titanium oxides have been discussed. The processes of the phase formation of carbid-silicide titanium nanolaminates and some phases in silicate-ferrous-pseudo8brookite ceramic-glass composite have been described. The correlations of the structure and the mechanical and electrical properties of the nanocomposites have been found.
