In the article the point of view that the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation represents a special array of the legislation which it is necessary to call constitutional (authorized) is argued. Such legislation includes the relevant normative legal acts of the subject of the Russian Federation, accepted on the basis of the constitution (charter) and regulating constitutional legal relations.

В статье отстаивается точка зрения о том, что законодательство субъектов Российской Федерации представляет собой особенный массив законодательства, который нужно называть конституционным (уставным). В такое законодательство входят соответствующие нормативно-правовые акты субъекта Российской Федерации, принятые на основе конституции (устава) и регулирующие конституционно-правовые отношения.
