Специфика требований руководящих документов ФСТЭК России, регламентирующих порядок проведения сертификационных испытаний программного обеспечения средствтехнической защиты информации от несанкционированного доступа

Abstract

The article establishes the necessity of creation of methodological support for providing the procedure of certification tests that must be based on the principles and criteria of full and reliable evaluation of the results of certification tests. The author provides a general analysis of specifics of requirements of the leading documents of FSTEC of Russia, with witch requirements must be complied the results of the certification tests of the software of means of technical protection of information from unauthorized access. The article describes an evolution of the approach to a problem of increasing the rate of certification tests result evaluation objectivity.

В предлагаемой статье обосновывается необходимость создания методического обеспечения для проведения сертификационных испытаний, имеющего в своей основе принципы и критерии оценки полноты и достоверности результатов испытаний. Проводится общий анализ особенностей требований руководящих документов системы сертификации ФСТЭК России, на соответствие которым проводятся сертификационные испытания ПО средств ТЗИ от НСД. Описывается эволюция подхода к проблеме повышения степени объективности оценки результатов сертификационных испытаний.
