Управленческое сознание и готовность личности к инновационной деятельности

Abstract

The article describes a system of conditions and factors in the formation and development of individual readiness for innovation activity. It names objective (the existence of a large cycle of innovations in political, economic and social spheres); subjective (by the subject of innovation a person or a group); and objective-subjective (scientific methods, teaching material, institutional) conditions of formation of readiness. It comprises a morphological and structural analysis of forty-two elements of the discussed system conditions; specifying the characteristic of "values and value relationship" condition. The most important in the group of terminal values are professional values; the dominant ones are socio-material and instrumental technological realities of education.

В статье раскрыта система условий и факторов управления и развития готовности личности к инновационной деятельности. Названы объективные (существование большого инновационного цикла в политической, экономической и социальной сферах) и субъективные (по типу субъекта инновационной деятельности личность, коллектив, группа) условия формирования исследованной готовности. Проведен морфологический и структурный анализ элементов обсуждаемой системы условий, дана характеристика одного из условий «ценности и ценностные отношения». Самыми важными для новаторов в группе терминальных ценностей являются профессиональные ценности, доминирующими социально-материальные и инструментально-технологические данности образования.
