Abstract

Results of conducted sociological survey of patients of territorial out-patient departments of the Novosibirsk region showed that the state of the health as bad was estimated only by the one eighth part of respondents. The vast majority of respondents are satisfied with work of primary care physicians. Thus the most preferable doctors on appealability at an aggravation of health symptoms or an exacerbation of a disease are the same primary care physicians. The priority directions of optimization of rendering the out-patient and polyclinic help are optimization of work of primary care physicians; remove certain part of the functions which are carried out by primary care physician on nurses and doctor’s assistants; development of system of consultation of patients and primary care physician by specialists from territorial out-patient departments and other medical organizations.
