Предпринимательские договоры и их язык

Abstract

In article the entrepreneurial activity is considered, the peculiarities of entrepreneurial contracts and their language are analyzed. The author notes that the language of business activity in most cases is the language of entrepreneurial contracts, and points out that having a good command of the legal language and, as a result, of the language of entrepreneurial contracts will help entrepreneurs to build ties with partners and to obtain the desired results in the most optimal way.

В статье рассматривается предпринимательская деятельность, анализируются особенности предпринимательских договоров и их язык. Автор отмечает, что языком предпринимательства в большинстве случаев является язык предпринимательских договоров, и указывает, что умелое владение юридическим языком и, как следствие, языком предпринимательских договоров позволит предпринимателям грамотно строить взаимоотношения с контрагентами и оптимально добиваться желаемых результатов.
