Значение гуманитарного сотрудничества стран ШОС и интересы России

Abstract

В статье дается авторское определение понятия «гуманитарные интересы» страны, анализируются особенности гуманитарного сотрудничества государств-членов ШОС, приводятся факторы как благоприятствующие, так и тормозящие его развитие. Автор анализирует российские гуманитарные интересы на «шосовском» направлении и выдвигает целый ряд предложений по диверсификации сфер гуманитарного взаимодействия на пространстве ШОС, а также оптимизации усилий по уже существующим его векторам.

The article presents the author"s definition of “humanitarian interests" of a country, analyzes parameters of humanitarian cooperation of the SCO member states, as well as factors favoring and hindering its development. The author describes Russia"s humanitarian interests in the “SCO direction” and sets out a number of proposals to diversify areas of humanitarian cooperation in the SCO, as well as efforts to optimize already existing ones.
