We introduce the basic components of an integrated automated diagnosis and treatment process control system, developed on the basis of a systematic approach with the introduction of the system in nephrology and dialysis centers. We show the structure of the objectives of the system, discuss the concept of PLM and modern information technology underlying the system, regulation and development of business processes, electronic medical history and automated collection of information about the parameters of the patient, the elements of diagnosis decisions support system, treatment program and analysis of cause and effect links between nosologies, built on the basis of expert knowledge base. Представлены основные компоненты комплексной автоматизированной системы управления лечебно-диагностическим процессом, разработанной на основе системного подхода с внедрением в отделениях нефрологии и гемодиализа. Приведена структура целей системы, рассмотрены концепция PLM и современные информационные технологии, положенные в основу системы, регламентирование и разработка бизнес-процессов, электронная история болезни и автоматический сбор информации о параметрах состояния пациента, элементы системы поддержки принятия решений по диагностике, программе лечения и анализу причинно-следственных связей нозологий, построенные на основе экспертной базы знаний.
