Abstract

This article deals with the conditions of innovation emergence, the variation of different alternative strategies, whose components they are. The need for a system-theoretical prospect is that innovation, preserving freedom and autonomy, would not lead to chaos. For this purpose the framework conditions are created. They only set the directions and search ways, but there is still freedom of idea initiation. Thus the risks are decreased; the quota of correct decisions is increased, which are already the elements of the organization.
