ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ СУГГЕСТИВНЫХ МЕТОДОВ В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОМ ДИСКУРСЕ

Abstract

The subject of this study is the use of the suggestive communication methods in the professional legal and economic discourse (based on the example of a personal assistant's work). Such research methods as observation, introspection, induction and analysis are used in the study. As a result of the research, the stages of the usage of the suggestive methods in the professional communication between an assistant and lawyers have been highlighted, the efficiency of these methods applied in the professional communication with native English speaking lawyers and native Russian speaking lawyers living in the United States have been compared. The author comes to the conclusion that the use of the suggestive methods in the professional discourse is necessary, but the effect of their usage may vary depending on the recipient of the message. The data presented in the article have theoretical and practical significance; it can be used both as a basis for further researches and as a training material for employees who want to increase their efficiency.

Предметом данного исследования является использование суггестивных методов общения в профессиональном юридическо-экономическом дискурсе на примере работы персонального ассистента. В статье применяются такие методы исследования, как наблюдение, интроспекция, индукция и анализ. В результате исследования были выделены этапы применения суггестивных методов в общении ассистента с юристами, проведено сравнение эффективности применения данных методов в общении с юристами-носителями английского языка и носителями русского языка, проживающими в США. Выводом данной статьи стало понимание необходимости применения суггестивных методов общения в профессиональном дискурсе, однако качество их воздействия может отличаться в зависимости от адресата сообщения. Данные, представленные в статье, имеют теоретическую и практическую значимость и могут быть использованы как основа для дальнейших исследований, а также как учебный материал для сотрудников компаний с целью повышения эффективности их работы.
