Факторы, способствующие формированию пограничных психических расстройств у комбатантов строевых подразделений министерства внутренних дел

Abstract

Проанализирована динамика личностных особенностей сотрудников органов внутренних дел под воздействием стресс-факторов боевой обстановки. Показана роль преморбидных личностных характеристик в формировании пограничных психических расстройств у комбатантов. Повышенный уровень личностной тревожности, мнительность, впечатлительность, пессимистичность, снижение самооценки приводят к формированию пограничных психических расстройств тревожно-депрессивного и тревожно-фобического спектра, в том числе соматоформного и тревожного вариантов посттравматического стрессового расстройства.

Analyzes the dynamics of the personal features of the employees of the bodies of internal affairs under the influence of stress factors combat situation. The role of the pre-morbid personality characteristics in the formation of border mental disorders among the combatants. A high level of personal anxiety, suspiciousness, sensibility falsehood, pessimistic, low self-esteem leads to the formation of border mental disorders anxiety-depressive and anxiety-phobic spectrum, including somatoform and alarm options of post-traumatic stress disorder.
