Отечественный препарат иммуноглобулина человека для экстренной профилактики и лечения клещевого энцефалита

Abstract

Клещевой энцефалит (КЭ) тяжелая арбовирусная природно-очаговая инфекция, передающаяся через укусы иксодовых клещей, распространенная от дальневосточных регионов до областей северо-запада европейской части России. Наиболее эффективный путь борьбы с этой инфекцией массовая специфическая профилактика. Существенное значение в деле специфической профилактики имеет экстренная профилактика с помощью иммуноглобулина против КЭ, применяемая к лицам, подвергшимся укусам клещей в эндемических очагах КЭ. В статье проведен анализ становления этого препарата. Участие специалистов различных научных и производственных учреждений СССР, а затем и России, в создании системы отбора донорской крови, разработке технологии производства препарата, результатов применения для лечения различных клинических форм клещевого энцефалита, схем и доз для экстренной профилактики при укусах клещей. Определены недостатки, перспективы совершенствования и унификации регламентированных документов на этот препарат.

Tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) is a severe arbovirus natural focal infection transmitted through Ixodes ticks biting. It spreads from the Far-Eastern regions to North-Western regions of European part of Russia. The most effective way to fight against this infection is a specific mass prophylaxis. The significant specific prophylaxis is emergency prophylaxis with immunoglobulin against TBE being used for persons who have been bitten by ticks in TBE-endemic areas. The preparation creation is analyzed: the participation of specialists of various scientific and industrial institutions of USSR and then Russia in donor blood selection system creation, the development of producing technology, the results in treatment of tick-borne encephalitis various clinical forms, the schemes and doses for urgent prevention after tick bites. The preparation shortcomings, the perspectives for its improvement and for unification of regulating documents are described.
