Abstract

Based on the motivational approach produced experimental quantification of the degree of development of the quality parameter as a network of competence of middle management staff in the workplace through a number of stable horizontal linkages, that is, network ties, arising from their subordinates in the process of performing their job functions. It is shown that an optimum in the range 11-15 these relationships, i.e. the network consisting of 11-15 people generates the highest level of motivation as the medium of managerial staff (the level of comfort of its activities) and their subordinates (the comfort level of relations in the workplace), and a violation of this optimum, in the direction of increasing the number of connections and decrease reduces the incentive to work of both.
