Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам оценки остаточного ресурса подверженных стресс-коррозии магистральных газопроводов после их капитального ремонта и восстановления гидравлическими испытаниями повышенным давлением (методом стресс-теста). В результате проведенных исследований авторами установлена закономерность изменения скорости деформации труб со стресс-коррозией при нагружении повышенным давлением. Предложена формула для оценки остаточного ресурса газопроводов после капитального ремонта и восстановления методом стресс-теста.

Article is devoted to residual resource evaluation of main gas pipelines prone to stress corrosion after their major overhaul and restoration by hydraulic tests of boost pressure (by the «stress test»). As a result of research the authors have identified deformation speed change pattern of the pipes with stress-corrosion at elevated pressure loading. A formula for residual resource assessment of gas pipelines is proposed after major overhaul and restoration by the method of stress test.
