В статье дается характеристика стратегических целей повышения квалификации педагогических работников в условиях инновационно-ориентированного развития образования, раскрывается миссия ДПО по подготовке конкурентоспособных кадров отрасли образования, готовых к инновационному решению профессиональных задач.
