Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы текущей российской практики стратегий развития территорий. Описаны основные факторы, оказывающие влияние на разработку и реализацию стратегий социально-экономического развития региона, даны рекомендации по совершенствованию разработки таких стратегий.

The article deals with the current Russian practice of territorial development strategies. The main factors influencing the development and implementation of socio-economic development of the region, made recommendations to improve the development of such strategies.
