Лидерский статус руководителя и методы его диагностики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются подходы к методам диагностики лидерского статуса руководителя в коллективе. Изложены результаты исследования, направленного на изучение лидерского статуса руководителей горрайорганов внутренних дел с использованием программы «Мониторинг».

This article discusses approaches to the methods of diagnosing the status of a leader. The author quotes the results of a study aimed at examining the leadership status of the heads of law enforcement agencies using the "Monitoring" program.
