Abstract

В статье описывается, какие основные методы аргументирования (риторические или спекулятивные) используют в профессиональной деятельности оперуполномоченные. Приведены обзорные диаграммы. Автор раскрывает, что объектами применения методов аргументации оперуполномоченными чаще всего являются руководители и подозреваемые. Выявлено, что оперуполномоченные чаще используют риторические методы.

This article describes what main methods of argumentation (rhetorical or speculative) are used by the security officers in the professional work. Overview diagrams are shown. The author reveals that objects of methods of argumentation by police officers are often the leaders and suspects. It has been analyzed that security officers mostly use rhetorical methods.
