«Оглянувшись с холодным вниманием назад»: франко-прусская война 1870-1871 гг. И развитие австрийско-российских отношений

Abstract

In article evolution of the Austrian-Russian relations against French-Prussian war of 1870-1871 and fight of Russia for cancellation of restrictive articles of the Parisian world of 1856 is considered. The author analyzes consequences of actions of the Russian diplomacy for development of the Austrian-Russian relations at the end of XIXth the beginning of XXth centuries which result was a new alignment of forces on the continent. The author focuses the main attention on the critical analysis of a choice facing the Russian diplomacy in these years: either support of Prussia in exchange for assistance in business of cancellation of neutralization of the Black Sea, or preference of «the European balance». The author emphasizes that the choice made by Russia in the years of French-Prussian war led to a serious collision of interests of the Russian and Austro-Hungarian empires on the Balkans, and finally also in the years of World War I.

В статье рассматривается эволюция австрийско-российских отношений на фоне франко-прусской войны 1870-1871 гг. и борьбы России за отмену ограничительных статей Парижского мира 1856 г. Автор анализирует последствия действий российской дипломатии для развития австрийско-российских отношений в конце XIX-начале XX вв., результатом которой стала новая расстановка сил на континенте. Основное внимание автор сосредоточивает на критическом анализе выбора, стоявшего перед российской дипломатией в эти годы: либо поддержка Пруссии в обмен на содействие в деле отмены нейтрализации Черного моря, либо предпочтение «европейского равновесия». Автор подчеркивает, что выбор, сделанный Россией в годы франко-прусской войны, привел к острому столкновению интересов Российской и Австро-Венгерской империй на Балканах, а в конечном итоге и в годы Первой мировой войны.
