Abstract

В статье исследуются особенности антикризисного бизнес-регулирования, интегрированными компаниями, его различные режимы — при стабильном функционировании всех входящих в их состав организаций; в случае снижения платежеспособности отдельных членов, а также при признании некоторых из них несостоятельными (банкротами); обосновывается необходимость формирования и развития корпоративного законодательства России с целью повышения ответственности интегрированных компаний за результаты деятельности входящих в их состав структур, решаемых ими задач

The article focuses on anti-crisis business regulation on the part of integrated companies and its various regimes (in the context of stable functioning of all member organizations and in case of decrease of solvency or bankruptcy of some organizations). The author discusses the importance of corporate legislation that could increase responsibility of integrated companies in Russia
