It has stated the factors and motives influencing activation of librarian creative potential. It has represented the conclusions, made on the results of questioning.
Описана методика прикладного исследования, приведены его основные результаты. Дан анализ представления библиотекарей о своем творческом потенциале. Установлены факторы и мотивы, влияющие на активизацию творческого потенциала библиотекаря. Представлены выводы, сделанные по результатам анкетирования.
