There are presented directions of the improvement of strategic approaches to the prevention of respiratory diseases associated with exposure to chemical environmental factors in children. There were substantiated principles of construction of health-preventive technologies, target groups, hygienic and clinical criteria for their formation, volumes and forms of implementation, targeted indices of efficacy.

Представлены направления совершенствования стратегических подходов к профилактике заболеваний органов дыхания, ассоциированных с воздействием химических факторов среды обитания у детей. Обоснованы принципы построения медико-профилактических технологий, целевые группы, гигиенические и клинические критерии их формирования, объемы и формы реализации, целевые показатели эффективности.
