Проблемы оптимизации затрат на персонал

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы оптимизации затрат на персонал, которые недопустимо сводить только к сокращению штатов; обосновывается необходимость применения новых технологий управления персоналом в условиях социально-экономических особенностей современного российского общества; использования «мягких» методов оптимизации, а также новых подходов и способов эффективного использования не только финансовых, но и других стимулирующих факторов для оптимизации деятельности сотрудников, где мотивация труда персонала и качественная оценка результатов труда является одним из решающих факторов.
