Abstract

The article presents a new approach to re-socialization of juveniles convicted under the conditions of the deprivation of freedom; the introduction of a new model of an educational center is proposed and is analyzed within the framework of the reformation of criminalexecutive system; specific character of activity, general tasks of educational centers and the need of introducing new forms of influencing for re-socialization of juveniles convicted are formulated.

В статье рассматривается новый подход к ресоциализации несовершеннолетних преступников в условиях лишения свободы; предлагается и анализируется внедрение новой модели воспитательного центра в рамках реформирования уголовно-исполнительной системы; сформулированы специфика деятельности, общие задачи воспитательных центров и необходимость внедрения новых форм воздействия для ресоциализации несовершеннолетних осужденных.
