Специфика феномена «Эмоционального выгорания» у сотрудников правоохранительных органов

Abstract

In article definition of concept of a syndrome of emotional burning out is presented, the basic trades subject to this phenomenon are named, features of work of the law enforcement officers, leading to occurrence of the given syndrome are noted. Interrelations between indicators are revealed emotional burning out and behavior strategy in the conflict at workers of traffic police emotional burning out and displays of empathy at court enforcement officers.

В статье представлено определение понятия синдрома эмоционального выгорания, названы основные профессии, подверженные этому феномену, отмечены особенности работы сотрудников правоохранительных органов, приводящие к возникновению данного синдрома. Выявлены взаимосвязи между показателями «эмоционального выгорания» и стратегиями поведения в конфликте у работников ГИБДД, «эмоционального выгорания» и проявлениями эмпатии у судебных приставов.
