Abstract

Статья посвящена социальной и экономической политике Российского государства в области производства и реализации алкоголя. Анализируется исторический опыт и рассматриваются возможные варианты современной социально-экономической политики в данной области.

Article is devoted to social and economic policy of the Russian state in the production and sale of alcohol. Analyzes the historical experience and discusses possible options of modern social and economic policy in this area.
