Механизмы формирования стресса у врачей-анестезиологов соответственно стажу работы по специальности

Abstract

Работа посвящена нейрогуморальным, психофизиологическим и психосоциальным аспектам формирования механизмов стресса у врачей-анестезиологов, раскрытию общих тенденций в развитии синдрома профессионального выгорания в зависимости от стажа работы по специальности.

The work deals with neurohumoral, psychophysiological and psychosocial aspects of the formation of stress mechanisms in anesthesiologists, disclosure of general trends in the development of burnout syndrome, depending on the length of service in the specialty.
