Abstract

In this article, we examine the questions related to a sustainable development of the region, relevance of which is caused by globalization and dynamization of economic processes. We offer to enter the integral indicator to measure level of regional sustainability. In determining a set of the parameters considered for this indicator, the use of the methodology of the balanced system of indicators (BSI) is promising. This publication offers concrete indicators for each aspect of a sustainable development of the region economic, ecological and social.
