К вопросу о понятии, сущности и перспективах административного процесса

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу одного из ключевых институтов административного права – административного процесса. Исследуется природа, понятие, сущность и структура административного процесса. Делается вывод о том, что назрела необходимость выделения административного процесса в качестве самостоятельной отрасли права и принятия единого кодифицированного административно-процессуального акта.
