Российский опыт проведения процедуры финансового оздоровления в делах о банкротств

Abstract

Приведен анализ финансового оздоровления, наименее исследованной процедуры банкротства, на основе предварительно отобранных статистических данных арбитражной судебной практики по делам о несостоятельности (банкротстве). Использованы результаты исследования, направленного на выявление основных проблем практической реализации процедуры финансового оздоровления и поиск возможных способов их разрешения.

The analysis of financial recovery, the least studied bankruptcy procedure, based on pre-selected statistics of court practice on insolvency (bankruptcy). Used the results of research aimed at identifying the main problems of practical implementation of financial recovery procedures and the search for possible ways to resolve them.
