
В статье рассматриваются основные этапы эксплуатационного цикла продукции длительного пользования. Показывается взаимосвязь понятий эксплуатационного цикла и жизненного цикла продукции. Выявлено влияние стратегии управления эксплуатационным циклом на восприятие бренда. Разработаны рекомендации по логистической поддержке завершения эксплуатационного цикла.
The article discusses the main stages of the product life cycle durables. Shows the relationship life cycle concepts and product life cycle. The influence of the operating cycle management strategy on the perception of the brand is found. The recommendations for logistics support of the complete life cycle are developed.
