На основе выявления предпосылок на различных исторических этапах рассматривается социально-экономическая обусловленность, выделяются структурные особенности высшей школы США, главные тенденции развития высшего образования США на современном этапе.There is given the retrospective analysis of establishment and development of the system of the USA higher school. Based on the premises at different historic stages there is considered the social and economic conditionality, marked out the structural peculiarities of the USA higher school. There are noted the main tendencies of development of the USA higher education at the modern stage.
