Abstract

Изучены результаты лечения 94 больных раком кардиального отдела желудка. Пациентам основной группы (n=42) проведено комбинированное лечение, включавшее в себя предоперационную лучевую терапию крупными фракциями с последующей операцией. Контрольную группу составили 52 больных, получивших хирургическое лечение. В основной группе для формирования компрессионного эзофагоеюноанастомоза использовались конструкции из никелид титана, при этом отмечена тенденция к уменьшению количества послеоперационных осложнений и связанных с ними летальных исходов. При сравнительном анализе выявлено статистически значимое улучшение отдаленных результатов: в основной группе при комбинированном лечении пятилетняя выживаемость составила 62,5 %, в контрольной 36,8 % (p

Treatment results in 94 patients with cardial gastric cancer were analysed. The study group patients (n=42) received combined modality treatment including preoperative large-fraction radiation therapy followed by surgery. The control group patients comprised 52 patients who underwent surgery alone. In the study group of patients, nickelide titanium implants were used for applying compression esophago-jejuno anastomosis. The rates of postoperative complications and operation-related lethality were tended to be reduced.
