Abstract

This article examines recent changes in legislation on special economic zones. The author concludes that there are two opposing trends in the development of legislation on special economic zones. On the one hand, it focuses on a private law, on the other hand on a public law.

Анализируются последние изменения законодательства об особых экономических зонах. Автор приходит к выводу о существовании двух противоположных направлений развития законодательства об особых экономических зонах: частноправовом и публично-правовом.
