Abstract

Дается развитие научной идеи о возможности применения новых моделей рисков для прогнозирования заранее возникновения опасных сценариев развития событий в транспортных комплексах. Риски катастроф оцениваются как измеримые случайные события в рамках теории вероятностных пространств.

The scientific ideas about possibility of using a new risk model for the prediction of appearance of dangerous situations in transport complexes is developed. Catastrophe risks are evaluated as measurable random events in the framework of probability space theory.
