Abstract

The central hemodynamics disorder and toxic shock development in patients with acetic acid poisoning are associated with gastro-intestinal bleeding and mucosal edema in esophagus and stomach. We studied 59 patients in different stages of acetic acid poisoning. Correlation between the state of transcapillary exchange and central hemodynamic parameters is revealed. The disorder of transcapillary exchange in acetic acid poisoning has systemic character.
